This site is presented by Janella D’Amore at Iron Mountain Realty to help buyers plan a property search across Southern Utah.

Information you choose to share

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, property preferences, budget range, and timing. You may also include your calculator assumptions. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, banking information, or other sensitive financial details.

How your inquiry is delivered

The calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your inputs. Downloading a worksheet saves it to your device.

When you submit the form, your inquiry is saved in this website’s database so Janella can review it in her private, sign-in-protected inbox. A confirmation and reference number appear only after the website confirms your request was saved. The website may send Janella a short email notice through Resend containing only this website’s name, the fact that an inquiry was saved, and a link to the private inbox. Your name, contact details, budget, message, and worksheet are not included in that notice. Saving your inquiry does not depend on successful email delivery. If you contact Janella using an email link instead, your email provider handles that message under its own policies.

Purpose

Information you send is intended to help respond to your real-estate inquiry and discuss your property preferences. The website does not enroll you in automated marketing or text-message campaigns.

Website operation

This website does not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or browser storage for form entries. The hosting platform and its database infrastructure process information needed to operate this website. Anti-spam checks use short-lived form tokens and request limits with a daily derived network identifier. The application does not store your raw IP address or that network identifier with your inquiry. The hosting platform may separately process IP addresses and request logs to operate and secure the service. Janella signs in with ChatGPT to access the private inbox; buyers do not need to sign in to submit an inquiry.

Your choices

You can browse the checklist and use the calculator without submitting an inquiry. Inquiries remain available for Janella’s follow-up until removed. You may request a correction, deletion, or end to follow-up by contacting Janella. Contact Janella at Janelladamorehomes@gmail.com or 435-767-1095.
